We offer party hire 7 days a week. Contact our dedicated team to secure your booking.

Party Terms and Conditions

• All children must be supervised at all times

• Please remind your guests that socks are required for all adults and children in the play area

• Party bookings are 90 minute hire, any additional time will be charged

• 30 minute bump in/out 

• All deposits are non refundable

• Final payment is due 7 days prior to event

Cancellations and Refunds 

• 72 hours or more notice for a full refund, excluding the deposit

• Less than 72 hours notice payments are non refundable

Rescheduling 

• If you need to change your party date please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation depending in how much notice is provided. 

• Tots Town understands that unexpected circumstances can arise. Any exceptions to this policy will be considered at the discretion of management.

Monday to Saturday: 9:30-11am, 12-1:30pm, 2:30-4pm*
